Abstract "Every big change starts from a small step". This quote is evident to many case studies which have transformed the entire ecosystem of the concerned region. 'Kulhad or Kulhar' is an earthen clay cup which has been used for drinking beverages in the Indian subcontinent since ancient times. By the time, with the emergence of plastic many things have been switched from natural to plastic goods, including Tea cups too. Plastic cups were very cheap and durable, so people started using them, & it became an integral part of the daily life of human beings. As we know that most of the minerals that we require comes from soil, so involving clay made materials in our daily lives is a good practice. Switching from Plastic to Clay is not only having health benefits but eco friendly as well, as it degrades naturally. Earthen clay cups are always a better alternative to plastic cups.
